Her academic work has explored the evolution of Arabic typography and its role in shaping contemporary visual culture.Alongside her professional career, Salma has pursued diverse artistic and personal interests, including ballet, painting, sewing, crochet, tufting, carving, and playing musical instruments. More recently, she has focused on fashion, personal styling, and visual storytelling, documenting her evolving sense of self-expression through outfits, accessories, and creative details such as jewelry and makeup.Salma has participated in exhibitions and design-related competitions, earning recognition for her ability to merge cultural heritage with contemporary design practices. She continues to expand her multidisciplinary approach, exploring intersections between typography, visual identity, and personal narrative.She is currently based in Egypt, working professionally as a freelance graphic designer while continuing to develop her independent artistic and research projects.
