About the Artist
Mohamed Sayed is a Cairo-based visual artist. He graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts at Helwan University. He works for JWT CAIRO as an illustrator and considers himself to be a digital painter and an illustrator. His work ranges from explosions of creativity to commercial storytelling, art direction, and brand audience conversation. He is inspired by the quirks of random people he stumbles upon in the streets of Cairo. His work comes across as relatable which made him a great candidate to work with entities like Vodafone Egypt, Alex Bank, Abla Fahita X Adidas Originals, among others. He participated in many exhibitions including Cairo Youth Salon and Roznama 7. He creates new perspectives on old and ordinary things, characters and concepts and gives them a new life of their own.
