About the Artist

Hosam Sherif Mahmoud Wahid (b. 2003) is a freelance designer and artist based in Cairo, Egypt. A graduate of Misr International University with a degree in Business Administration, majoring in Marketing and minoring in Management, Hosam combines his business background with a growing passion for visual storytelling and design.Over the past few years, he has built a portfolio that includes digital illustration, branding, and creative direction. He has worked with a variety of clients on projects ranging from merchandise and phone accessories to digital platforms, aiming to bring playful ideas to life through bold visuals and vibrant colors. His early work as a graphic designer and creative director for Youthinktober marked a milestone in shaping his creative identity.Hosam actively seeks opportunities to learn and grow, participating in professional workshops in marketing research with NielsenIQ, as well as illustration, art direction, advertising, and film direction sessions at SYNC, collaborating with industry figures such as Tamer Ashry, Abdallah Hussein, Nirvana Elshenawy, and Shanwar.Today, he continues to develop his practice as a designer and illustrator, blending creativity with storytelling to create work that connects with people.
