About the Artist

Ahmed Shalaby is ultimately a graphic designer who fell in love with art. He looks at life with imaginative eyes on a daily basis. Curious to push the boundaries of culture and tradition, he consistently researches and experiments using new mediums. Shalaby’s affair with collage art started spontaneously to express his sarcastic thoughts and ideas that are rarely allowed in the advertising world. Mostly drawing inspiration from his national heritage, Shalaby is constantly working on new and exciting projects with the intent of disrupting and enriching the typical Egyptian art scene.
