About the Artist
Khadija El Sharawy is a Cairo-based graphic designer, aspiring illustrator and motion graphics designer with an interest in storytelling. She graduated from the German University in Cairo with a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, 2017. Later on, she worked on branding and packaging for three years at a leading branding agency. She is currently working on a freelance basis to explore everything that comes her way. She wants to challenge herself and work with different styles, disciplines and outcomes. When she is not doing that, she likes to create posters and experiment with typography inspired from films, books, photography, music -even her cat sometimes- and see how her interpretation of that tells a visual story.
