About the Artist

Aya El-Borgy (b. 1990) is a Cairo-based artist and senior interior designer, who graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts at Alexandria University in 2012, specializing in Expressive Arts. Known for experimenting with diverse artistic styles and mediums, she continually explores new creative approaches. Her work has been featured in exhibitions such as “Lamasat” and the “Sold Out” show at Arkan Plaza, where her ink drawings were displayed within a large walk-through pyramid installation. Internationally recognized, Aya’s artwork was also selected for the fourth round of the 100 Best Arabic Posters and exhibited in Abu Dhabi, Ter Delft (Belgium), AlUla (Saudi Arabia), Iraq, Kuwait, Berlin, and Alexandria.
